Diane TESSIER

TESSIER, Diane “Lady Di” – peacefully at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Friday March 15, 2024 at the age of 77 years. Cherished mother of David Currier (Tracy Lalonde) of Cornwall. Loving sister of Roger Tessier (the late Gail) of Syracuse, Richard Tessier (the late Nancy) of Belleville, Adelard Tessier (the late Rolande) and Robert “Bob” Tessier (Lucy) both of Cornwall. Dear daughter of the late Anatole Tessier and the late Annette (née Emond) Tessier. Diane will be fondly remembered as the switchboard operator at the Hotel Dieu Hospital for 30 years. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center for all their care and compassion for “Lady Di”. The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482) 2 p.m. on Saturday April 6th until the time of Service. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 6, 2024 in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 3 p.m. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
